At Tamannaah Fine Jewellery, we strive for perfection in every piece, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made and personalized designs are final sale to maintain the exclusivity of our craftsmanship.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery in its original velvet box and include all authenticity certificates; ensure the outer shipping carton is securely sealed to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Prepaid Shipping

  Affix the complimentary insured shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
